ATS Users - Import candidates from your ATS

Follow these steps to import candidates from your ATS. It is important to mention that 

Brainner will import both the Resume and the Application Questions 

from the ATS, and include them in the analysis.

1. Navigate to the Job where you want to import candidates, enter the

3. If needed, use the filters to select candidates for import from the ATS. By default, all active candidates for the job will be imported, excluding archived ones.

Importing only 10 candidates is useful when calibrating criteria, allowing you to test the defined criteria before a full import.

Candidates will be imported and analyzed in Brainner. Once the analysis is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

Follow these steps to import candidates from your database into a job:

1. Navigate to the Job. Open the job where you want to import candidates and click the

Candidates will be imported and analyzed in Brainner. They won’t automatically appear in Lever (opportunity will not be generated) until you advance them, ensuring only relevant candidates are added to your job, keeping your KPIs accurate and avoiding unrelated candidate placements.
