How to Rediscover Candidates with Brainner

Follow these steps to import candidates from your database into a job:

1. Navigate to the Job. Open the job where you want to import candidates and click the “…” menu.

2. Select “Import Candidates” . This will bring up the candidate import options.

3. Use the Filters to Select Candidates from Lever.

• Job(s): Choose one or multiple past jobs to source candidates from.
• Stage or Archived Reasons: Filter by specific stages or reasons why candidates were archived.
• Tags: If you use tags in Lever, filter based on tags applied to candidates.
• Source: You can also filter by the sources if it is relevant.
• Created After: Define how far back in time you want to search for candidates.

4. Click “Import”

Candidates will be imported and analyzed in Brainner. They won’t automatically appear in Lever (opportunity will not be generated) until you advance them, ensuring only relevant candidates are added to your job, keeping your KPIs accurate and avoiding unrelated candidate placements.
